It takes both emotional and social courage to love, be loved, and moral and spiritual courage to act from a place of love.In the past several years, Daniel Goleman's work on emotional intelligence (EQ) has started to enter the workplace and educational system. My guess is that with more courage to face the truth about how connected we all are and how important it is for our well-being to be emotionally healthy, we will be hearing more about love in less 'touchy-feely' ways and more as a core value that needs practice in all realms of our lives.
